Dec 21 or Dec 29: Travel from your local joining point to your overnight hotel in northern France.

Dec 22 or Dec 30: Continue south to Italy and your hotel in Riva del Garda. Welcome drink on arrival. B, D

Dec 23: (Christmas tour only) – Included excursion to the regional capital of Trento to visit its popular Christmas market. In the afternoon you will have the chance to join an optional wine tasting at a local cantina. B, D

Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve: Included excursion to Romeo and Juliet’s fair city of Verona, where a local guide can show you the highlights of the city on an optional guided walking tour. Return to Riva to enjoy the local afternoon Christmas procession before a four course dinner followed by music in our hotel. B, D

Christmas Day or New Year's Day: Enjoy a relaxing day with perhaps an optional cruise on Lake Garda. B, L, D

Boxing Day or Jan 2: Optional guided excursion to Venice. Discover the canals, bridges and palaces of this elegant city. B, D

Dec 27 or Jan 3: Return to your overnight hotel in northern France. B

Dec 28 or Jan 4: Return to the U.K. B

You will stay for four nights at the 4-star Hotel Savoy Palace which is situated approximately 250m from Lake Garda and a 10-15 minute walk along the lakeside from the historic centre of Riva. The hotel has a restaurant, attractive bar, two lifts and an indoor swimming pool. All bedrooms have T.V., telephone and safe. Overnight stays in northern France are in city-style hotels.
