Enjoy time at leisure in the ever-popular city of Prague. Explore the delights of the Czech capital on this exciting Christmas market break.

6-Day Break

Day 1 – Local departure then onward Belgium for an overnight stay.

Day 2 – To Prague for three nights. B,D

Day 3 – Prague (included). A day at leisure in Prague, with an included guided sightseeing tour of the main attractions. The rest of the day is free to explore the Christmas markets. B,D

Day 4 – Liberec (optional). To the city of Liberec, beautifully located in the Isar Mountains close to the border with Germany. B,D

Day 5 – Rothenburg-ob-der-Tauber (included). Leaving Prague, we head into Germany to medieval Rothenburg, home to one of the most romantic Christmas markets located in the spectacular historic city on Germany’s Romantic Road. We stay overnight in Germany. B,D

Day 6 – Cologne (included). Head to the Rhineland capital, with time to visit the famous Christmas markets. We continue into Belgium, for an overnight stay. B

Day 7 – We arrive in Calais for our return journey home. B

You’ll stay for three nights in the 3-star Ibis Hotel Karlin in Prague. The hotel has a restaurant, bar and a lift. All bedrooms have a T.V., safe and telephone. The hotel is situated only a short walk from the metro station, allowing easy access into the city. Overnight stays in Belgium and Germany will be in city-style hotels.

Guests can enjoy a break in the Hotel Ibis in the 226 centrally air-conditioned rooms. Of the total capacity, 52 rooms are non-smoking and one room is adapted for those who are physically disabled.

You are not only able to sample traditional Czech dishes here, but can also enjoy many international specialities as well. The restaurant has a capacity of 130 places and is fully air conditioned, which adds to your perfect gourmet experience.
