Day 1: Travel by coach from your local joining point and join your cruise ship, the Rhine Princess at Remagen. LS

Day 2: Cruise to Oberwesel, then by coach along the river to Rüdesheim. Visit the Christmas market and join an optional visit to Siegfried’s Mechanical Music Museum, with its superb collection of self-playing musical instruments. Continue by coach to Koblenz where there will be time to enjoy the lively festive spirit of the Christmas market. Tonight is the Captain’s Dinner and Party Night! B,L,D

Day 3: Cruise from Koblenz to exciting Cologne where you can explore the city’s colourful Christmas markets. The festive stalls will be overflowing with seasonal bargains and gift ideas, with plenty of local fare to sample along the way! B,L,D

Day 4: Return to the U.K. by coach from Cologne. B

5-Day Break

Day 1: Travel by coach from your local joining point to Remagen to join your cruise ship, the Rhine Princess. LS

Day 2: Cruise to Koblenz. On arrival, join our optional coach excursion along the Moselle Valley, visiting the riverside village of Alken, where you can enjoy winetasting at the popular House of Anton Hammes. Return to Koblenz for some time to enjoy the lively festive spirit of the Christmas market, before rejoining the ship. B,L,D

Day 3: Cruise from Koblenz to Rüdesheim, home of the quaint Drosselgasse, lined with traditional German bars and shops. Visit the Christmas market and join an optional visit to Siegfried’s Mechanical Music Museum, with its superb collection of self-playing musical instruments. Return to the Rhine Princess for tonight’s Captain’s Dinner and Party Night! B,L,D

Day 4: Cruise from Rüdesheim to charming Cologne, where you can browse the city’s six markets, featuring stalls virtually overflowing with seasonal bargains and plenty of ideas for that last-minute Christmas spree! A wide selection of snacks is also available, for that shopping energy top-up! B,L,D

Day 5: Return to the U.K. by coach from Cologne. B
