Activities range from the Lapland Ceremony, conducted by a Lappish
storyteller around a warming fire inside a traditional Kota, to a short
reindeer sleigh ride, a brief sled ride behind a team of huskies and a
breathtaking ride on a sleigh pulled by snowmobile, although adults have
the opportunity to drive themselves. Other activities include
tobogganing and kick-sledging. Our day also includes a traditional
Lappish lunch - basic but tasty and filling - and of course, most
thrilling of all, a search for Santa himself amid the peaceful,
snow-laden woods, where, if we are able to track him down, our guides
say he is likely to have time to talk to each child individually about
the letters they have written him.
